nice geographic area and good pay ; fairly friendly to travelers

VERY, VERY disorganized
|

If you want the opportunity for good pay and OT-it is an okay assignment. Most of the permanent staff are pleasant; as with any place-there are some people who just are not nice. Extremely disorganized/inefficient as far as staffing, communication, equipment and supplies. If you can overcome the chaos (it took me @4 weeks)it is tolerable for the pay and the proximity to San Francisco, Napa, the PCH, etc.
