Bait and switch with pay rates and reimbursements; unorganized with not much communication b/t depts.; No one in the office on the weekends

 I am supposed to start a new contract at the end of the month and the company has nothing arranged. No housing, no licensing docs, haven't even seen a correct copy of my contract. Needless to say I have gone elsewhere.
