Positive aspects of the product (pros): Pets allowed, nice neighborhood with groc. and resturants nearby.
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Noisy, apt not clean when moved in.

The pools and hot tubs were often not very clean. Horrible place for night workers, very noisy. You can hear everything your neighbors do or say through the walls/ceilings.
Management did nothing to make things easier for residents. If you worked 12hr days you had to wait for a day off to get packages which are left at the office. They have high pet deposits. The apt was filthy when I got in and my agency had to call in cleaners at 10pm or I was going to a hotel. We are talking filthy dont take your shoes off or sit on the funiture type. I was housed by the volley ball court. Real nice for a night worker huh?
The area is safe though and there are many other (even if somewhat unhappy) travelers there. It is close to groceries, you could walk if you had to. The grounds are nice, although night workers also pay for that with lack of sleep. If you can get your company to put you in the Edge Water of Cambridge instead you will be much happier.
