Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Easy access, used to be a Catholic hospital so there are still Nuns, nice gift shop, good parking
Negative aspects of the product (cons):
ER was mostly staffed by travelers who did not renew, disorganized in ER & knew it but didn't do anything to get organized
I attempted to orient an ICU RN to the ER. She was so overwhelmed she never returned...it can be a hectic place. Now owned by Tenet but there are still sweet Nuns there. ER was mostly staffed by travelers who did not renew (I was one of them). Staffing/pt ratio started out in the morning with 5 or 6 pts then went to 4 pts at 10am. Lord help you if you get more than 1 critical pt at a time! cause you still have your other pts!!

good location for living

Negative aspects of the product (cons):
understaffed. Doctors will not back their verbal orders. Equipment not readily available.
Make sure all orders are in witing as a few of the docs will give verbal orders and then later deny it. If you get a critical pt you still have to take care of your other 4-5 pts without assistance. Security is terrible. will leave areas that they are assigned to and you are on your own with drugged out pts.
