Pros:
This book says a lot of the things you were already thinking, and includes many actual cases with solutions.
Cons:
It may not settle well with many people who may indeed fit the profile of saboteur.
Clearly, Dr. Briles is the authority on the subject of conflict. In this book, she makes it clear that she is not afraid to ruffle a few feathers.

nothing bad about this book

This book is a MUST HAVE if you are a nurse working in a hospital. SERIOUSLY.
It just makes so much sense.
Honestly, I had some reservations when I started with this book, but it didn't take long to lose them. Dr. Briles doesn't hold anything back either. She tells it exactly like it is.
If you're a nurse manager or executive and you don't have this book, you're costing yourself a few unnecessary headaches.
