I have worked in a hospital since graduating college. I worked in the ER for 12 years before deciding to travel. I spent well over a week, everyday, researching the top travel nurse companies and after doing a comparison chart, I found that Bestaff offered more than any other company out there. I was in California, working, after only 1 1/2 weeks. They had my apartment, flight scheduled, car rented, and were on the phone as soon as I got to the apartment asking if there was anything I needed or wanted. I have never had a problem getting my check on time and have always been able to talk to whomever I needed. They work diligently to make sure their employees have a positive experience and never have I met such genuinely attentive personnel. I would be remiss if I did not mention my recruiter, Malcolm Cheeks, who will bend over backwards to make sure you have the best package available, and a woman to whom I owe considerable gratitude - Diana Richards. She works assiduously to make sure you arrive on time and have the comforts of home when you get there. If you are near your contract's end or you are thinking of traveling for the first time, please let Bestaff give you the same positive experience that I have had the opportunity to enjoy.

Pushy Husband & Wife Team

Pushy Husband & Wife Team. They pass you around to each other but don't communicate with one another. Husband is a Fast Talker and sniffs alot like a Brama Bull. Wife head spins like a spinning top when there is any complication. They try the hard sell and guilt trips and don't turn down an offer or they will never do business with you again which is the best thing they have done for me.

My recruiter Matthew continued to work on getting me a contract even when he knew something with another company was my first choice. That one didn't pan out and Matthew had everything in place for a contract near Boston.
Very professional staff. Covered every detail, right down to a MapQuest printout of where to go for my urine drug test!
(Don't know where the "husband and wife" comment above came from. I spoke to a number of different people, all of whom were professional.)

liars, not for any nurse to endure. Please if you ever do anything with this company let it be to hang up on them

That a big fat nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Horrible company, nobody is in control and nobody takes control when something goes wrong. If you don't believe me just ask the staff a John George Hosp in California. They do NOT honor their contracts.
