Positive aspects of the product (pros): Day 1 insurance, free private housing
Negative aspects of the product (cons): housing on a 1099 if you do not have a tax home

I have worked with RNN for over 2.5 years. I have had EXCELLENT service from them and their organization (from payroll, benefits, housing). The few problems/crisises I have had have been taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I am NOT a pushover! I have very certain criteria when working with a company. They have stepped up to the plate and HIT A HOME RUN!!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Suzanne Holtzman
Negative aspects of the product (cons):

Consitancy, friendly, and a work for you attitude. I switched companies but wanted to stay in the same housing as i was staying in the same area... the housing department switched over the leasing contract and furniture rental seemlessly. My recruiter is very friendly and proactive when it comes to seeking contracts. Small stuff like free usa today subscriptions and paid postage mailers to mail back correspondance make a difference. There has been no bonuses with the contracts ive taken but then again I prefer the money in the wage.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Number of jobs, guaranteed hours
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Recruiter disaappeared after I had a job, never answered phone messages or e-mails for problems. (I requested a new recruiter) They dropped my pay for the same job by $11/hr between contracts.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great benefits, wonderful housing, my recruiter, Nikki Culmone
Negative aspects of the product (cons): None

I have been traveling with RN Network for over 2 years. After talking to travelers with other companies I realize how good my company is. Most importantly, my recruiter is always avaliable and always gets back to me in a timely fashion when I have concerns. She works so hard to get me jobs where I want to go and makes helpful suggestions. My salary is usually higher than most travelers and I know my housing is superior. To this point I can only praise RN Network and recommend them to anyone who wants to travel.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Day 1 benefits, reliability, great recruiter, quality staff.
Negative aspects of the product (cons): None

I have had the same recruiter for the entire time with RNN, Judy Wilson. She is honest, and if she says something is so, it will be as promosed. No bait and switch. She has gone the extra mile to make sure my life runs smoothly. My paychecks have always been accurate and timely, insurance is very good, housing supurb. I have always been able to speak to a "real person" either immediately or within a very short call back time. Judy once told me they were working for me, and not me working for them. Nice distinction, and it shows in the way you are treated. I would not go with any other company. They were recently surveyed and are striving to become the first travel company to become JCAHO accredited.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great housing, fabulous recruiter, Donna Renna
Negative aspects of the product (cons): small job listings, lower pay rates

I have done 7 or 8 contracts with RNN, I love this company. Donna Renna, my recruiter is the best!! :houra: I had a huge problem at one hospital and had to cancel the contract (because I was lied to in the interview  and the assisgnment was totally misrepresented) and the clinical liason was great, she listened, she mediated and she came to a positive outcome for a very bad situation (I cried for days I thought it was going to be so bad to cancel, but the liason fixed everything and really onterveined with the hospital). They are great advocates! :houra: Pretty good housing with smooth in and outs, could have better pay, the rates are a little low, but they make up for it in prompt service and travel money. I would suggest this company for any traveler but especially for a new traveler, these guys will treat you right.

Negative aspects of the product (cons): None so far

Assignment was great good location, staff good to travellers. Extended one month and am currently discussing next opportunity.
This is my first experience and it has been pretty good.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great recruiter
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Payroll problems a year ago

My recruiter has taken great care of me. I am in Fort Lauderdale on my 3rd assignment and I love it. There was a few payroll problems in 2007, but they are better now. My recruiter is Brian, he is amazing.
