Probably one of the worst facilities that I have ever worked for. The pay is lousy and to top that off I got laid off through an email. No phone call, no offical letter, but by an email. If you're in the health field and you're thinking of moving to Prescott, AZ I would rethink it because YRMC is the only hospital in the community. There are actually two but owned by the same company. Go to Verde Valley Medical Center instead. I have heard great things about that hospital.
