Positive aspects of the product (pros): Lot of assignments, the staff was nice, pay always correct, no voicemail when needed to talk to someone
Negative aspects of the product (cons): THEY NEVER FILED MY DAY ONE INSURANCE FOR 2 MONTHS...gave me false policy numbers

Other than the mess up with my insurance not being filed and they gave me false policy numbers. It took us months to get the insurance fixed...but they finally took care of everything. I respect them for that The assignment was good. I would be willing to work with them again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): people are nice and professional
Negative aspects of the product (cons): none

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Recruiters are nice and do their best to get things right. I was in housing that was noisy and could not sleep during the day. Housing was changed asap. Recruiter was following up with me after the change. Recently I used my cobra for insurance until I go out to travel again. Very expensive but this is nothing new for cobra. I highly recommend this company and plan to travel with them again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Beautiful Housing Complex w/Paid Utilities
Negative aspects of the product (cons): They Lie and will mislead you in a split second

I was the first traveler ever in a facility that had JUST BEEN SOLD THE WEEK BEFORE I GOT THERE. The contract was signed with the previous owners. Instead of telling me that they stalled me and forced the new company to honor it. BOY DID THEY TAKE IT OUT ON ME AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY !! Finally the DON just said that I was "substandard (NEVER heard that in TEN years of nursing 3yrs traveling)and "that made the contract void". So after selling everything and moving 500 miles from home I was left with no job and 48 hours of housing. Just go with an established company with a good rep. It isn't worth the trouble when you are Sooo vulnerable
