This hospital refuses to honor contracts, they told me I was going to be working on a tele floor with a ratio of 5 to 1, pretty good for tele right? When i get here its step down with the 5 to 1 ratio, pretty bad! They DO NOT have computer charting (they told me they did). they make you pay to park, they don't validate or offer free parking without having to walk a mile to the hospital. They make the night nurses draw labs because there is not lab techs at night. they don't even let travelers have access to view labs! they turn in my time late every other week to my agency (they won't sign a timesheet for you to fax, they use sharestaff and turn in time to them and then they turn in time to your agency).
