Soliant is a very good company I worked for them for four straight contracts in Nevada. Liked the hospital and was paid well. My paycheck was always correct and My first recruiter Aaron was "johnny on the spot" whenever I had a problem and usually had the answer before I hung up or would have the problem solved that day. He left and my new recruiter although nice was not as "knowlegable" as Aaron, but still got the job done. I would still be working for them if I was not making big bank here in CA as a traveler for Kaiser Permanente. I was treated like family with this company.
