This company promises $35/hr and has actually gotten one of my friends a job at that rate; but the opening seemed to mysteriously disappear when the facility kept extending her contract. It appears that they give a good rate to get you there and then you don't get any more jobs at that rate. I still can't believe they lost my completed package for two weeks and didn't apologize. Two of their recruiters were rude to my friend and her brother who had done great work for them; and no one in the office returns a phone call. Their perdiem office is good, though.

Couldn't get past the phone call...

I called the travel office on the recomendation of another nurse. I called three times, they never sent me an application, the person I spoke to on the phone "Stan" was not professional. The last time I called asking where the application was, he put me on hold and never came back.

Pathetic.
I saw their website - looks GOOD! - sent them my resume and called.
I got to talk to some holier-than-thou recruiter who lectured me on how to be a good travel nurse and how to fill out forms and he would do this and he wouldn't do that....all before I even applied with them. He also HUNG UP ON ME and didn't BOTHER to call back.
Don't waste your TIME!!!

After being a ED-RN from Charity Hospital in New Orleans and traveling with other companies, I can tell you that this one Is the Absolute Best! What they promise is what they provide. I would never travel with anyone else after the most wonderful experience working with Agostini. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda Agostini and found out that she is an OB/NICU nurse who had worked in the Bay area for years before starting her company in the 80's. Because she is a nurse and her clinical director is a nurse, I feel that I can voice a complaint and know that they understand completely what I am talking about. The other companies I worked with just didn't have a clue about solutions and were just plain stupid about clinical issues. After a HORRIFIC ordeal with one company out of Spring,Texas, I swore I'd never travel again until a friend recommended Agostini. I am on my 5th contract with Agostini and I am NOT moving with another company anytime soon. If something isn't right, they make it right. Highly recommended for anyone who's been severely burned in the past(like me) as well as new timers!

Great until I signed on the dotted line. Paid substantialy less than offered after I arrived at location. Apt in poor location. Recruiter never there when I called and didnt return my calls. Lights out in stairway at apt, fell and broke my ankle. missed 1 shift (was in er) was charged for shift missed. Worked remaining contract in a boot. Obviously I wasnt a person, just a moneymaker for them.
