Acute Care Facility is looking for a Case Manager. Must have strong Utilization skills and Discharge planning experience as a case manager. Must have Acute Care experience and have worked as a travel nurse. Prefer experience with Midas and Interqual systems. Must have BLS certificate. 8hr/variable, shifts start 7a, 8a and 4p depending on the cases. Also cover the weekends.
