When dealing with companies, it's difficult when they start adding housing or other benefits to your hourly rate.... They'll quote you a great hourly rate, only to find out that the rate they gave you doesn't include housing.... just ask them flat out, what your hourly take-home rate will be, not including housing, travel reimbursement, or insurance.... if they still beat around the bush or won't give you a straight answer, find a new company. I will never deal with a company that won't be totally up front with me.....
