Hey guys - My name is Lesie and I've been a nurse since spring of 2005. Right out of school I started in a PICU and in December I started in PCICU (Cardiac ICU).
I never thought I would want to travel because I rather like being settled in a unit, knowing the staff and knowing the Docs. But, I think the time is right to explore if I'm going to do it at all. There just isn't enough time to vacation to all the places I want to see, so I think if I were to WORK there, I would get to see alot of new places.
I've spent hours researching different companies and reading reviews and I'll admit, I'm scared about picking the wrong company and ruining the experience for myself.
I really want to spend some time down in the Keys. Anyone have any good experiences to share about down there?
Thanks I'm looking forward to learning from all of you seasoned travelers!

Welcome aboard Leslie - KeyWest is a great spot for visiting; living; and fishing ... sounds like you may do well traveling as a "Contractor" across the country, getting a variety of experience.

A belated hello and welcome to the forum. I was stationed in Key West in the 70's and have traveled to Key West on vacation many times. Not a great place for beaches but great scuba diving and partying and such. :luck:
