I've been away for a while - had a big health concern with a cancer scare - several biopsies and two surgeries, during which I lost 18 inches of my colon and a very complicated recovery involving a non-healing wound. But I'm alive and kicking. All the biopsies came back absolutely clean of cancer but I had a big mess of ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis which they just removed.
All things considered I feel pretty good. Will be going back to work soon - and possibly lurking around here.

Yeah if it wasn't for the 9 cm wound in my belly all would be great - It's healing very slowly and treking back and forth to wound care in a pain. Since I cant see it I can't pack it myself.
Glad you are feeling better.
