OK, where is everyone? It's quarter to 7 at night, and no-one else has been by?
Morning, folks; we got the white stuff falling outside. How wonderful---NOT! After all, it's a year tomorrow that I broke my arm.
Guess I am going to have to do some shoveling at some point today. At least the driveway isn't as long as my folks'. That was a pain to do, as they had gravel for quite a few (!) years, and finally got the concrete part. Of course, they blacktopped the bottom part after I got married. Go figure!
On that note, I am going to enjoy my cuppa coffee. See you all later.

I'm here but super swamped - One client going in for surgery next week - a new possible to placement to see - a meeting with a family member and clincal team for another showing signs of dementia. Makes me very tired . Plus I have a dirty house to clean and just can't muster the energy!!!!!!!
Done griping for now

Don't forget: dementia vs delerium!
I'd been on and off the site, as we have quite a bit of 'that white stuff' out there. Was leery of getting the mail, of course. I think I am going to stay at home tomorrow. Doubt there is enough bubble wrap available.
As for the house, hppy, taking care of visible dirt may be your best bet. Dirt never hurt anyone, right? (I take it that your 'dirt' isn't making threatening moves......)
I think I'm delerious - up most of the night worrying about my lastest client in decline - She had a major seizure about a month ago and hasn't been the same since. She has a documented seizure disorder but no seizures in over 8 years. It's hard to see cognitive changes because she is profoundly MR but there has been a big decline in functional ability. All my clients are getting older and it sucks to watch them go downhill.
On the upside we might get a new guy who is in his 40's mildly MR - can read and write - seems like a really good placement.
Hope all is well with you all
