Any Nurses working in Iraq or Afghanistan here? How do you like the work, how much are you making and what are the biggest challenges there?

I posted a question about nursing in Afghanistan also. I've found it difficult to find a specific contact, company, etc., that can help me get started. I would appreciate it very much if you would share anything that might help me get going. Likewise, I will be happy to send anything along that I find out.
