Job Description
Real Estate/Facilities Administrative Professional--Project management and delivery of space as required by Business for all approved new sites .
Qualified Electrical or Mechanical or Civil Engineer with minimum 5-7 experience of managing the Fit out projects
Able to deliver new projects of desired Quality within agreed time lines and within approved cost
Expertise in MIS Reporting, Monthly Cash flow report, Progress report, Quality and Time lines reports
Total 6 to 8 years of experience required
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required
Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical
