Being a Viet Nam veteran myself, I think I can speek for all those you will come in contact with. Even though the pic was in the wallet, you will definatly bring a ray of sunshine into their lives, and belive me,,they need it.

Well, actally you haven't given enough information for anyone, other than Jerry, who has seen your photo .... to give any answers. what are your specific questions?
VA Hospitals can be exceptional places to work. They have gone to a computerized patient record in most facilities (or they're in the process of doing so...); also, medication administration is barcode, you scan the patient wristband, then scan the med..it is entered electronically into the computerized record.
They can also be a tiny bit frustrating if you aren't used to red tape....
