New CNA to forum

I have been a CNA for two years and work for hospice. The nurses and other staff that I work with are great and we work well as a team.

Hi, Lo-Co, and welcome to the site. I moved your post to the Hospice Forum, where it is more appropriate.

Sounds like your Hospice needs to do some inservicing at the facilities you visit, especially in regards to pain, etc. Why not bring this subject up with your job?
