I am an OB nurse manager (2+ yrs experience high-risk facility) and an OB nurse (14+ yrs experience in LDRP/Normal Newborn, NRP instructor, AWHONN EFM instructor) looking to travel for the first time. Some travelers are being very discouraging, however, this is a good time for me to start. I am willing to do management (MSN in Nursing Leadership and Management) or Staff Nurse in any OB area (including SCN nursery) but I do not have NICU experience. Would consider permanent position. Southern Cal sounds nice. I have applied for my Ca license (I am in Ohio) because other recruiters have indicated that Ca is where the $ is. I am open to a lot of options. I am in the midst of applying at Hoag Women's Pavilion. I am talking to several recruiters, but no one from your agency.
