    First year down

    Hello all,

    I haven't posted in a while!

Its been nearly a year since NCLEX-RN for me and I'm just coming up to my year on post in the Army. Since my time in rank started when I first commissioned, while in school, they just pinned my First Lieutenant on me.

Meanwhile, I feel like there are still so many things to keep up with outside of the shift, such as, my cpr, my CE, my PPD and then the Army things too. I love it but still had the initial several month let down once on the floors. I thought, "this is it?" I thought I liked it better as a tech, but, maybe it was just the adjustment to a new role.

    Cheers,
    Gen

    Hello Cougarnurse,

Well, based on my initial year in the Army I have changed my desire to be a "lifer" to be done ASAP. So I am in for faaaar longer than I'd like to be.
