does anyone know seattle hospitals

My husband and I are moving to seattle in about a year and a half and really need some opinions on the hospitals there. We are looking at Swedish hospital, harborview hospital, and northwest hospital. Does anyone have any opinions on them. Which one would you recommend working at?thanks for any help that you can offer. I also know that the unions are active in Washington. Can anyone tell me how you like working in Washington? I understand that JHACO is not actively involved in the medical systems there, is this true? Thanks again for your help.
