I would call your doctor ASAP and get evaluated.

Otherwise, we cannot give medical advice over the internet. Without actually seeing a patient and doing a physical assessment, it would be irresponsible for a nurse (or doctor) to try to diagnose and treat your problem.

I DIDN'T ASK ANYONE TO DIAGNOSE MY PROBLEM-
I ASKED FOR ANY IDEAS? WHY IS THIS SITE CALLED ASK A NURSE, AND YOU ASK AND YOU GET POLITICAL B/S AND NO MEDICAL HELP WHAT SO EVER?
WON'T BOTHER YOU AGAIN-SORROW TO HAVE WASTED YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!
    THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I am sorry you are offended. You mistakenly thought the site was for medical help. I can see how that might happen by the name of this topic. This is a site for nurses and students that are asking for advice in their careers....Sorry about the misunderstanding, but you really do need to see a doctor about that pain. It could be so many things. You need a workup that includes X-Rays and a CT scan of that shoulder/chest and or abdomen. Good Luck to you
