Inauguration? Is this an important procedure? I've never done one,is it as difficult as inserting a PIC line? Or is it more like a bladder flush? Just a little uncomfortable for the patient. Do we get to premedicate or do we fly blind? who gets to hold down the patient? Are restraints allowed?
