This is an invitation to participate in an on-line survey. Your participation in a research project is requested. The title of the project is “Post-Fall Assessments and Fall Prevention Practices of Emergency Room Nurse Practitioners in the Older Adult Population: A Florida State Survey”
” The project is being conducted by Holly Cabell, BSN, RN, a doctoral student a Barry University College of Health Science, Division of Nursing, and is seeking information that may be useful in the field of nursing practice. The purpose of this project is to determine the nurse practitioner’s knowledge and use of current practice guidelines when treating the older adult in the emergency room following a fall. The inclusion criterion for one to participate is: a nurse practitioner licensed in the United States of America, currently practicing in an emergency room setting in the state of Florida.
