Good question. I'm not sure. This almost sounds like a nursing title from another country, possibly the UK. Let's Google it and see.
What is the difference between an enrolled nurse and a registered nurse in terms of responsibilities, etc?

According to Wikipedia and The Free Theosaurus, an enrolled nurse is an LPN. The term is used in Canada, Europe, and New Zealand and in 1994, An Enrolled Nurses Organization was formed. An LPN has a skills set that is mostly oriented to rehab, LTC and physician ofices or clinics. An RN has a skills set that is more oriented to acute and critical care as seen in hospitals. Hope this helps.
