    Looking for your stories!

I need stories to post to my blog...especially from nurses who are currently in, or who have survived Diversion or Disciplinary programs. http://rnonymous.com/ Check out the site and see if you can relate, and maybe put your story, or a part of it out there for the sake of solidarity...and maybe even to create change.

Addicted nurses have a disease. They deserve respect and empowerment. What they get is stigma and "the whip"

As soon as I stopped blaming my failures on everyone else I was able to truely reflect. While I truely reflect, I discovered that I was drinking way too much ETOH. My decisions were in compatable with upward mobility or living stable.
