Using some one elses social security number

Has any one everhad some one use their social security number before. How can we be sure that these travel agencies aren't doing that any one know of a way to protect ourselves?

LOL not funny some one used mine a couple of times. I guess there really isn't anything that you can do about preventing it. Just read in the news the the mexicans rent theirs out while they are down in Mexico and then come back and collect unemployment. That's a switch now they go to Mexico for the jobs. any way I was thinking of taking a travel assignment. Did that once and some one went into my papers in my room and took out my passport photo. That was all they took. think they were stealing my identity or attempting to.
