    Welcome to the Medication Forum!

    Welcome to the Medication Discussion Forum! Here we can discuss pros and cons and latest news about the meds we see every day.

    Would also be great for Patient teaching, too!

    I found the right thread. Here ya go mate.

    One thing they do here in Western Australia is use Oxycodone and Tramal quite a bit. A patient can get both medications. The Tramal 50 mg to 100 mg is every 6 hours and the Oxycodone 5 to 20 mg every 4 hours. They also use an intravenous form of Panadol (basically the same as Tylenol) called Perfalgan. Damn, this stuff is amazing. It really works well in conjunction to a PCA. Here is a link that provides some information on the drug:
