OK I'll take the bait from cougar. What is the Feingold diet. My blood type diet says stay away from (everyone) wheat, milk, bottom dwellers (lobster, craq, shrimp catfish) And will tell you why you are hypothyroid, diebetic, obese..What does your Feingold diet do??? Maybe the Wellness Nurse has comments for other options. But really check out Source Naturals. They are geared for ADD and memory issues. Apparently we are imbalanced. And why others are attracted to our "little north of normal" mentality. And why others like us are drawn to eachother....

OBTW, where did fluffybear and the others go. Didnt they start this. Gosh dont you just hate it when people are too unfocused to not follow through...It's OK, forgive because lot of people depend on us.

I had to laugh over the 'somewhat north of normal' crack. I think we have to be that way to survive being nurses.

Anyhow, the diet does work. Am sure the meds may work too, but....watch what you eat.
