Darlin' if you are getting the money you say you are in Ohio you are being jipped big time.. When I left Fresenius in 2002 in Maine I was making 22 and they offered me a 30% raise to come back they have the money.
I was just offered a position in Cincinnati at $35.. The U of Cin BTW..
I am working in RI now for a Fresenius unit. Staff. I have 3/3/3 on MWF Total care expect Epo. Another RN and I trade off dressing changes and Zemplar/Venofer duties.. The charge nurse gives Epo.. 11 stations.. Cake walk..
