Bottom Line... Neuro Nursing is what it is...Just like orthopedics nursing is what it is, It's not a Bone Nurse, or whatever,
I suggest to use the widely accepted professional titles.Neuro ICU RN. ICP moitoring is only 1 part of assessing AND NEURO nursing encompasses so much more. So, I would try to compliment the advertisement with something like "Great Neuro Nurses Only Need Apply" for this Challenging Travel Postion------ and offer them increased travel money over and above the standard $
I agree with Robert accept for the catchy names. nurses don't care about that.They care about a good facility and good pay.

I think it's great to see someone putting this much thought and energy into marketing a nursing job and who listens to feedback from such nurses.
