why not contact authorities in person or by registered mail?
I live in a small town and I tried the easy way first. I am sure authorities are not as attunned to this type of activity. That will be my next step. Unfortunately as I try to protect myself I am being viewed as having irratic behavior. lol this town probably thinks I am totally crazy. Nothing happens here. lol I guess I am on my own.

If there is something unethical going on at the agency you described, there's a very easy way to find out.
All agencies are required to verify licensure with the state board, all facilities require a copy of your license from the agency. Call them up and tell them you think yours has been stolen/compromised. They'll issue you a new one, and anyone using your old will be screwed.

You are a classic example of what I have been dealing with LOL as the criminals march to a different drummer I guess I just don't have that criminal mind or I would be able to do the detective work and provide the authorities with a clear cut case. Mr Lopez, criminals have many faces and covers (religion) for one. you can bury yourself in a religious group and make people think you are the good guy. Example: Kid working in a store calls the cops on a person that has actually done nothing and tells the cop that the person stole something. Kid comes out looking like he is the good guy. This is learned behavior and carries over to all areas of life including nursing. Nurse reports another nurse for something stupid but neglects to tell them why/reason for it. I could go on forever, my point is that not everything is as it seems.
How about a county that uses people in crises to ruin them. or how about a county that helps steal from the poor to give to the rich or some one they like or should I say "one of their own" and hide behind the police force to do it. how aboiut a scam to get some on fired so that you can take everything they have. Talk about honesty. How about stealing from some one that can't defend for themselves. How about the sheriffs department that actually goes along with it. Nothing that you can do about it because everyone is like you afraid to stand up and say that's wrong. So an innocent person is forced to endure excruciating physical pain because society has gotten to the point that money is more important that life.
Iam, does this have anything to do with the original topic? If not don't expect a response. I'm not going to get dragged into a long, drawn out geopolitical discussion on right/wrong, good guys/bad guys.
There doesn't seem to anyone around who's dealt with what you claim to be dealing with.

Mr. Lopes why do you feel so compelled to respond? This is a nurses forum I am a nurse and am having some problems with this issue and if you can not help why can't you support by talking without attacking?
I was hoping we'd be able to find out exactly what was going on, lend assistance and maybe warn a few people.

Since I am basically a floor nurse and it is hard for me to know what goes on at the management level I am discovering things after the fact which makes it difficult to prove. Plus working by myself with this is also making it difficult. I have gotten to the point I don't know who to trust. ok here is an example I signed up with this registry like I said she faxed a paper to the facility telling them that I would be working for them on this particular night and they faxed back the paper acepting me as the RN that would be working. As soon as she got the paper back she told me that I would be working the LPN shift and this other girl stated " I guess I'm the RN now and she assigned that woman my shift. The RN shift, but left them thinking it would be me. When I got home I phoned her and told her that I would not be working for her.
I have contacted the Board of Nursing. Also the recruiter that wanted me to pick up the application at 9:30 last night went to school here in this state and the owner of the agency has an LPN friend in the same town where I live and a mother that works in house keeping. Not sure if it is at this same motel but there is a problem here in this town. I know this all sounds crazy but I really believe that there is a lot of illegal activity going on here. But, who cares right?
