We have our first nurse moving in the 6th...we have two more looking at the house next weekend.....we are so excited to have them! That will leave only two slots left...then we will be looking for another home...keep your eyes open guys....I have several wonderful homes in mind....but Im sure we will be looking for more....if you have one let us know....take care...Lisa

Lisa, sounds like things are getting off the ground. I talk to a recruiter (Emerald Health Services) reguarding renting my home to travelers in Tahoe and she is working on it. Very exciting. She is working on getting some travel positions in south lake Tahoe. I am very excited. It will help me out so much. We finally discontinued our house contract with the vacation rental company. We got tired of the fix and repairs that we kept coming up against because of the type of wreckless renters we were getting. I'd rather work a zillion hours to meet the bills then throw money to weekend partiers.:eek: Enough said. Lisa, let me know when your ready to drive to tahoe and check out our home. I stll think a nursing renter's guild magazine would be the way to go. We, as homeowners, pay for the advertisement. The magazine is sent to hospitals and professional travel companies. How to get started? Any ideas out there?????

Hi everyone....its after the holidays and back at it again...we have been working hard on nurses for nurses....learning a lot of interesting information...we had just added a bilingual class and credit repair to our services all this is included in the rent...I have several retired and one disabled that is interested in working for us....we also offer many benifits to all types of nurses...and referal bonus for nurses that refer others to us....NURSES TAKING CARE OF NURSES...thats what this is all about!!!! I cant stress enough how much I love your comments...who better to fine tune this than a nurse...take care guys!

so, I googled "nurses for nurses" and there is another company with the same name as yours- they have a website, apparently they sell nursing uniforms.... Are you affiliated with them???

Hi Amanda...no we are not affiliated with them...we are working on our own website Nurses For Nurses LLC....it has taken us a while to get one started...we all work full time jobs as nurses...so time is not our friend....but we hope to have it up in the next two weeks....I will post the site when its up and running....this is our second attempt for a nice website...the first we were not happy with at all...so I cross my fingers and see what happens!!! Update on progress: We start our first bilingual classes next week!!! I am also looking forward to speaking at the next National Association of Hispanice Nurses. I have been speaking to them about possibly partnering with them to teach our bilingual classes...We feel they could be a great asset to this company! I know I keep saying this...but this company is to benefit every type of nurse...it is built for us...and we need you!!!! Credit Repair classes start next Friday....this is all done by another nurse or healthcare worker....Website...this has been a true headache...but its going...the company we have hired states it will be a few weeks....we have our fingers crossed...Take care and wish me luck....Lisa

UPDATE: We are having our first bilingual class this Wed...we are also having our credit repair class this Fri....We are also looking at having a "do's and donts of buying a home" class in the next week or so...website....sheeesh...this is my thorn...they say its coming...we are suppose to have a draft by the end of this week...keeping my fingers crossed...take care everyone....Lisa

Update on progress: Bilingual class was wonderful...instructor will be making a cd for the nurses....will be speaking at the Next National Association of Hispanice Nurses on the 20th of this month...we are very excited about it! We will also be hosting a meeting for them in Sept...it is posted on their website if your interested...the Phoenix chapter...our website...I am hearing we will have the draft by this weekend...hope to be up next week...will keep you posted...thank you for your time and support...take care...Lisa

UPDATE: We have the first view of our website!!!!! Its still not what we want...but we can work with it...it does have very strong points...it has a guest sign in...a discussion center...and slide shows of the homes....its a start! I will let you know when its up and running...take care...Lisa
