PS I also wanted to mention that I know what it's t like to be poor. I spent a year homeless in a tent eating squirrels. During that time I had a welfare official suggest that if I had a baby they could get me $660.00 a month.
Social programs only perpetuate poverty. I came to realize that if I wanted a better life I better get busy working for it.
Our Governor in California's idea to make everyone purchase health insurance
and every employer provide it is great because it forces people unwilling to work to get off their behinds and get a job. I also believe that those on State aid should have to pass a drug test to get it.
Peace and Namaste
