    HI! This here is babyboomerpedrn and am trying to reply to lpRN3108. I am happy to speak with another peds rn! I have been at same hospital for 17 years in only peds and love the kids. Some of the families I meet are so desperate for help with their sick children so it is very rewarding to assist. I also find that it helps me become a better nurse so I can better serve them. The kids come in so scared sometimes and I am so happy to be there for them to help put them at ease. I have a strong memory of my feelings as a child so it helps me understand better how to help the kids in their crisis. I love my job and one of the best things I ever did in life was to go back to school after being a stay at home mom until age 30 to become an RN. Sue

Are there any other nurses on this site with Lyme Disease. I would love to talk with you and support each other because this disease is tough to live with alone.
