|  Want To Work At Home!!! Hi, I'm a Med/Surg Traveler that currently works out of state because what I hear is the pay in Vegas is horrible and the ratio is usually 12 to 1. Can anyone tell me what an experienced (30+ yrs) med/surg nurse makes hourly. No tele or critical care experience Just Med/Surg. And what the usual ratio is?? I'd sure appreciate it!
