| Re: Valley Heath System RNs Set To Strike Welcome to U.S. Nursing It is an added shame that the strikebreaker nurses are accepting a lowly $45/hr to cross the picket line. I cannot understand why they do not command high $$$ to cross the line. The potential for violence is there. Even the military pays hazardous duty pay. I would like to know what the hospital is paying the agency for each nurse? I am sure it is more than triple $45/hr |
