| You + Referral = $1000 Anyone who refers a nurse to TNS who takes an 8-13 week assignment will receive a $1000 referral bonus as long as the referred nurse meets the following criteria: *Nurse must have never worked for TNS before. *Nurse referred between December 1st and March 31st *Referred nurse signs a contract between December 1st and March 31st *Referred nurse’s contract must start between January 1st – March 31st *Working nurse must to meet at least a minimum 36 hour/week guarantee or weekly hourly guarantee in contract if greater than 36 hours a week *Contract has to be a minimum of 8weeks *Referred nurse must have successfully completed their 8+week assignment and meet their Weekly hourly guarantee
