After 5.5 years I have that down to a science. It's $35/hr with all the bennies or bust. If I can make $35/hr with all the bennies in Tarboro NC in 2003 I can make it anywhere............LOL

As far as the next assignment concern, what can travel nursing companies do to help?

Really have the assignment you say you do. And don't have it disappear "overnight". Know the particulars of the assignment before you offer it. Know the bill rate and approximately what you can offer the nurse. If I hear one more time "your rate depends on housing" I might barf.... Have some ideas about housing, and all the other issues involved with traveling. Be ready to call the NM and have them call your candidate.

Be a boy scout. You know PREPARED.
