| Tele/StepDown in Northern Utah We need a 3 RNs, 1 RN for 50/50 Day/Nights, 2 RNs for Straight Nights. Nurse patient ratio is 4:1 on days and 5:1 on nights. Patients are cardiology and cardiothoracic. Skills include Chest tubes, pacers, transplant medications and cardioversion at the bedside. For more information, please e-mail me.
