SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

I am starting a nurse staffing company out of Atlanta, GA and looking for Sales and Business Development Director.

The position will include, but not be limited to:
• Identify new clients using various sources
• Close on sales opportunities to meet and achieve financial and revenue goals and growth according to company plan
• Develop sales plan to maximize sales revenue
• Develop and implement strategies to effectively maintain and develop client relationships
• Manage day-to-day operations, track and report sales activities

Requirements:
• Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years proven successful sales experience.
• Previous sales experience in the healthcare staffing industry A MUST.
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Must have very strong customer service skills, strong communications skills both oral and written.
• Self-starter must be able to multi-task and be very organized.
• Must be comfortable communicating over the phone and in-person with the client.
