    Here's a contract that pays differential, free hospital housing, with the ability to be driven back and forth to work, pool, jacuzzi and play golf. Winter weather is average 70-80 degree, hospital pays overtime after 8, double after 12 and a bonus for winter staffing amount for a winter contract.
