| need new travel company I need a travel company that has medical insurance that will accept a pregnant nurse. My company has promised since March to provide insurance, never did and now I'm pregnant! Very worried. Write **PM for e-mail address**, only if your insurance will accept me. Mood:  | Re: need new travel company FYI: Most travel companies will not continue your insurance over a period of time off (like maternity leave). When you are a traveler, your insurance usually ends within a month of you stopping work. So, if you were to have to stop working before you deliver, your insurance might end before you deliver. I would suggest finding a permanent job with insurance before you get closer to delivering.
