| my wife's new career hello, My wife is starting a new job next week as a recruiter for travelling nurses,and I don't know how to help her. she is nervous and excited about a new job and I know NOTHING about how all this works. Can anyone offer advice or stories to help me help her? I know she is a good person and will to do well, but I don't have any advice to offer her? thanks for anything. DAVE |

| Re: my wife's new career As a seasoned recruiter of RNs for full time positions, my advice would be: Be knowledgeable of your profession and the industry you recruit for Be patient, as people are surprisingly not always willing to quit their job tomorrow for a new one next week Be honest about your opportunities and never be too proud to admit that your opportunity may not be the best one for the candidate Be confident in all that you do.
