I'm an ICU nurse with far too much experience in one of the big teaching hospitals in Boston, where I work night/charge/staff, etc., burned out and up years ago, a shell, a mere husk of a man remains. My wife on the other hand is a dynamo, a CNS instructor in ICU/CCU/ER at another hospital in the area.
