[Hi i have a question maybe you can help me with every month when i get my period i get really bad hot flashes that i cant leave my house it last for about 5 days then goes away .but alawys comes back the next month.i cant take these hot flashes .is this the beging of menapose?or is something else?what should i do about this ?thanks for reading this............christine
