Former Traveller now Recruiter: paying $44-50

We have positions open in most areas in the D.C. metro area, Baltimore, NE Texas, Portland Oregon.
Rates vary from one hospital to another but the rates quoted to you are not overtime but the actual rate which we pay all of our RN's

Portland: Non specialty $28-32/hr w/ private housing plus $1500 completion bonus
Specialty $33-36/hr w/ private housing plus $1500 completion bonus
--OR--
Non specialty $36-40/hr NO housing plus $2500 completion bonus
Specialty $42-47/hr NO housing plus $2500 completion bonus

Dallas: All positions
$35-40/hr w/ private housing
$40-46/hr no housing

DC/Baltimore: Many positions open!!
Per Diem rates $30's to 54/hr
Contract rates $30's to 53/hr
$2000 bonus for any Washington Hospital Center contract of 13 weeks (40+ positions)

Give me some more details on the Baltimore location. I am an Ed nurse, no trama experience, love to work in medium size hospitals. First time travelling. What is the rate? what are the hospitals like.
